In Bangalore its winter now. The feet are getting worse everyday. In busy life, I have not taken good care of it. Standing and working for long was difficult. It used to pain a lot. My sister gave me a remedy for this 🙂 So here I share a remedy to control for moms ageing feet.
Every night wash your feet well in water. Scrub it with any pedicure stones you have (optional). Dry it with a cloth. Apply cream (any moisturising cream). Wear socks and sleep. In a week twice or thrice try to keep your feet in warm water with few drops of soap or shampoo. Dry well and apply cream and sleep 🙂
I am doing this from one week. It is getting better. Take care and don’t let your feet crack.
