People with sensitivity will have irritation with throat after eating. They feel something is choking their throat and uneasy to stay calm. People try goggling with warm salt water. Jeera water and Beetroot water are other options. Stops irritation in throat.

To prepare Jeera Water:
Ingridients: 1 Spoon Jeera + 1 Glass of water.
Keep after on heat. Leave it boil. Add jeera to the boiling water for 2-3 mins. The level of water will reduce. The water colour also changes. Stain the jeera and separate water to a glass. Drink it at the temperature you can handle.

Beetroot Water:
Ingridients: 1 Beetroot roughly chopped (OR before preparing beetroot sabji anyone can have it)  + Double the water.
Keep after on heat. Leave it boil. Add cut pieces of beetroot to the boiling water for 5 mins. Take out water from it. Add salt and consume it. The water colour also changes. Drink it at the temperature you can handle for the throat. It refreshes and energise. We have this juice, whenever we prepare beetroot sabji. This water even cured my husband out of fever recently 🙂 It worked!
