Dear all, we have buttermilk for our good health. The recipe which I share below is very good for gastritis. It will remove your uneasiness.
Buttermilk (1 glass)
lime Juice (1 spoon)
Ginger Powder (1/4 spoon)
Jeera Powder (1/4 spoon)
Salt to taste (as per taste)
How to prepare:
Take a glass of buttermilk with no cream on the top. Add lime juice, salt, sugar, ginger powder, jeera powder. Stir all well and drink.
