When we are pregnant, we shall mostly have a very fluctuating feel of mind. Do control your mind with any way you feel better. Do not let go of your thoughts in a negative way. I have too experienced couple of times. At times so low, that I would not want to do any work. Do nothing, but sit quite in one place. Try to have and feel the Positive Energy .

Whenever I was low, I used to try to watch a movie, or listen to songs online in youtube, or sketch, or play games online. In order to feel better everyday, I shall listen to slokas in youtube and music concerts of Ganesh and Kumaresh, songs sung by famous singers. Slokas were vishnu sahasranamam, rudra chamakam (2 parts).

Rudram and vishnu sahasranama has positive vibrations. Anyone can listen to these. Do try and listen to them and see if you feel the same. I even now play slokas for Ishaan everyday. It makes both of us happy for all long day.

Always try to stay calm, relaxed, happy, positive thinking. It will have a major effect on the growth of your babies while in pregnant.
