Ingredients needed to prepare Dil leaves curry are as follows:
- Ghee (1-2 tea spoons)
- Mustered seeds (1/4 spoon)
- Boiled Bottle gourd small cut pieces (with/without skin)
- Red Chillies (2-3 – Optional)
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare Bottle Gourd Curry:
Cut bottle gourd vegetable into small cut pieces. Boil it with water about 10-15 minutes to make it soft. You can use an oven or heat to boil it. Later keep a pan on heat add 1-2 spoons of ghee. once heated, add pinch mustard seeds, boiled cut pieces of bottle gourd to the pan. Add salt to taste and mix all ingridients well. Switch off the heat. bottle gourd dry curry is ready to eat.
